The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE) entrusted Octopus with the task of manufacturing and installing 15 state-of-the-art smart kiosks at their customer service center in Dubai. The project aimed to enhance customer engagement and streamline service delivery. Octopus successfully completed the design, manufacturing and installation, providing user-friendly, interactive kiosks that improved accessibility to information and services for visitors, aligning with MOHRE’s vision of leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences.
The smart clinic consists of a self-operated examination room equipped with remote communication hardware and software, medical diagnostic devices and an instant blood sample analysis device. The clinic’s design guarantees the confidentiality of information and includes ventilation and sterilization devices and smart control of lighting and doors. The clinic is linked to EHS systems and the Emirates ID card, as it integrates with EHS medical records and prescription systems.
Produce & Supply for 25 Digital Kiosk for Riyadh Airport. The kiosks should provide easy access to users in wheelchairs. Custom-made Smart Kiosks using high quality components Building a tailor-made software solution that full RAC requirements. Launch screen interface that creates a positive and inviting user experience for end−users, a welcome message shall be displayed upon accessing the interface to greet users. Instructions or tooltips shall be provided to guide. Support to communicate with customer service via audio and video calls.
Provide maps, directions, and navigation to help passengers. Incorporate the capability for passengers to scan their boarding pass or search for flights, display Flight Information Display (FIDs). Provide a user−friendly interface for participants to respond to questionnaires and responses efficiently. Provide a Wi−Fi connection for passengers, allowing them to access it by validating their ID or Iqama and passport information. Providing important notifications and support from agents, such as emergency notification.
Lifebuoy assigned Octopus to build multiple telemedicine points around Lebanon to provide free medical services to refugees. Smart Kiosks includes Statoscope, Thermostat, PB, Oximeter, Wight Scale, Otoscope, Glucose Meter and recently we added a Blood test device (HbA1c & Lipid profile). Each site is equipped with a laptop and ID card printer On ground operations team to support walk in guests.
